Kevin Downes is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania and an Attending Physician in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He is the program director of the CHOP T32 in Clinical Pharmacology, which is a duel program with Thomas Jefferson University sponsored by NICHD and NIGMS. His research interests include antimicrobial PK/PD, pharmacometrics, microsampling, and TDM, as well as exploring the roles of novel biomarkers in the management of critically ill and immunocompromised children.
