Dr. Jaime Soria is the Director of Outcomes and Evaluation for the Kentucky Income Reinvestment Program (KIRP) at the University of Kentucky, which provides comprehensive early intervention services targeting those at the highest risk for HIV infection. Dr. Soria is an infectious disease physician and epidemiologist; he is an affiliate assistant professor in the Department of Global Health at the University of Washington and has developed a research career in HIV, opportunistic infections, and tuberculosis.
