Dr. Katie Barber is an associate professor at the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy and a clinical pharmacy specialist in infectious diseases at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Her research interests include pharmacokinetics and pharmacodyanmics with an emphasis on overcoming antimicrobial resistance particularly in special patient populations. She is an active member of both IDSA and SIDP.
