Ellen R. Wald, MD (she/her/hers)

Dr. Wald did her ID training at the University of Maryland and has held faculty positions at University of Maryland, the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Wisconsin where she is currently Professor of Pediatrics. She is an infectious disease generalist with a strong and enduring interest in infections of the upper respiratory tract including streptococcal pharyngitis, acute otitis media and acute bacterial sinusitis. Dr. Wald has served previously on the Section of Infectious Diseases of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Subboard of Pediatric Infectious Diseases of the American Board of Pediatrics.
