Third year Pediatric Infectious Disease Fellow
Cleveland Clinic Children's
After graduating from medical school in India, I came to the United States in pursuit of excellence in medical proficiency and completed my pediatric residency training at MetroHealth Medical Center, Cleveland, OH and subsequently joined Cleveland Clinic for fellowship. I am currently in my third year of fellowship and will graduate in June 2024. I chose pediatric infectious diseases for the fact that it is very intellectually stimulating. The ever-evolving nature of infectious pathogens and newer drugs is very intriguing. I’m interested in infection prevention and antimicrobial stewardship and I'm currently working on my research project on identifying the burden of Clostridioides Difficile testing and infection in the pediatric surgical patients.
