Medical Director of Diagnostic Stewardship

Dr. Li is an attending physician in the Division of Infectious Diseases and the Medical Director for Diagnostic Stewardship at Lurie Children's Hospital. She completed dual fellowships in pediatric Infectious Diseases and Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety, and she earned her Master's in Healthcare Quality and Safety from Harvard Medical School. As part of her dignostic stewardship efforts at Lurie, she co-chairs the laboratory stewardship committee. She additionally serves as a member of the IDSA Quality Measurement & Improvement Subcommittee. She takes a particular interest in medical education, serving as the lead of QI track for the local Resident as Scholars program, teaching QI data analysis, and mentoring QI work.
