Dr. San Diego had her fellowship training in Adult Infectious Diseases from the Adult Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine Department at San Lazaro Hospital, Philippine and was one of the associate chief fellows during her senior year. She finished Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Santo Tomas, her medical degree from St. Luke’s Medical Center College of Medicine and residency in Internal Medicine at De Los Santos Medical Center in Quezon City, Philippines. She is a diplomate and fellow of the Philippine College of Physicians (PCP) and a regular member of the Philippine Society for Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (PSMID). During her fellowship, she was one of the co-authors in the published study entitled, Evaluation of Urine L-FABP Point of Care Kit in the Philippines as Predictive Marker of Clinical Severity of COVID-19 (EPOCH-COVID Study) in 2022. Furthermore, her research paper on Dengue was given Certificate of Recognition for Oral research presentation (Descriptive category) from the Dr. Antonio Gonzaga Research Award last November 2022 during the 44th Annual Convention of PSMID. She will be practicing as an Internist- AdultInfectious Diseases Specialist in the province of Bulacan, Philippines.
