Amanda Rivera, MPH, CHES, Graduate Student, University of Colorado, School of Public Health
Amanda has broad experience supporting and implementing community-based programs in Colorado to reduce risk for chronic illness among medically underserved populations. She has worked closely with community partners at the state and local level to integrate best practices for HIV prevention into both public health and clinical settings.
Amanda completed her undergraduate studies in Health Promotion at The University of Texas as El Paso and a Master in Public Health with a focus on Leadership and Public Health Practice at the School of Public Health at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Amanda is currently working on a Certificate in Total Worker Health at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
