Dr. Do Young Kim is a medical director of healthcare associated infection/antimicrobial resistance program at the Chicago Department of Public Health. Dr. Kim is board certified in internal medicine, infectious diseases and medical microbiology. Dr. Kim earned M.D. from Gachon University School of Medicine in Incheon, South Korea and completed internal medicine residency at Michigan State University and infectious diseases fellowship at Rush University Medical Center and Cook County Health System. Then Dr. Kim finished his medical microbiology fellowship at University of Chicago and NorthShore University health system.
