Alison Han, MD, MS is a Hospital Epidemiologist at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center. She graduated from Morehouse School of Medicine and completed a combined Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency at University Hospitals and Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. She completed an infectious diseases fellowship at NIH and went on to become a Staff Clinician at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). While at NIAID, her clinical research has focused on influenza, in particular influenza challenge studies in healthy human volunteers, post-challenge, and post-vaccine immunity. She then joined the Clinical Center in 2023 to become chief of the Hospital Epidemiology Service.
