Anna R. Yousaf, MD. is a medical officer with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center for Immunization and Respriatory Diseases (NCIRD), Coronavirus and Other Respiratory Viruses Division (CORVD), Epidemiology Branch, Severe Respiratory Illness and Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children (SIM) team. She completed her medical degree at University of Missouri, Kansas City, School of Medicine, a residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Baystate Medical Center/ Tufts University School of Medicine, a fellowship in adult infectious diseases at Brown University/ Alpert Medical School, and the CDC Epidemic Intelligence Service fellowship.
