Jonathan Huggins MD, MSCE is Assistant Professor of Medicine at Duke University where he specializes in transplant infectious diseases. He received his MD from Weill Cornell Medical College, completed his internal medicine residency training at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medicine, and his infectious disease fellowship training at the University of Pennsylvania. During fellowship, he received a Masters of Science in Clinical Epidemiology. He joined Duke University as a full-time clinical faculty member in 2020. His academic interests include infectious complications in patients with hematologic malignancies and among recipients of targeted and cellular therapies.
