  • describe the physician-scientist career pathway, including the current barriers to recruitment and opportunities for growth. This session aims to provide insight into attracting and retaining trainees interested in pursuing this career path;
  • advise advanced-practice providers in a way that attracts them to our specialty, and helps set them up for successful partnerships.
