Dr. Sonali D. Advani is board-certified infectious disease physician with extensive clinical and research experience in diagnosis and management of UTIs. She is an Associate Professor of Medicine-Infectious Diseases (tenure track) and healthcare epidemiologist at a Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, NC. Dr. Advani has received several federal grants and foundation awards for her UTI related research, and contributes to several national clinical guidance and consensus statements focused on infections related to the urinary tract.
