Jon Faldasz, PharmD BCPS is Senior Director of Product and Customer Experience at InsightRX, a company dedicated to optimizing patient care by providing all patients with pharmacokinetic model-informed individualized dosing. Jon received his PharmD from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences before competing a PGY1 in Pediatric Inpatient Pharmacy at Rady Children's Hospital, San Diego and a PGY2 in Infectious Disease at Universty of California, San Diego. After nearly ten years practicing in adult and pediatric disease, he joined InsightRX, where he continues to this day, bringing individualize dosing to patients receiving vancomycin, aminoglycosides, azole antifungals, and beta-lactams, among other drugs.
