Dr. Mario A Torres obtained his medical degree from Fundacion Universitaria Sanitas in Bogota, Colombia. Then, he moved to the United States, where he completed his training in internal medicine at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie NY. Currently, he is a second-year fellow in the Department of Infectious Disease and International Health at Dartmouth, where he plays an active role in providing patient care, offering evidence-based treatment plans, and participating actively in research. His main interests include; general ID, transplant infectious disease & immunocompromised host, and medical education.
