Dr. Yuho Horikoshi graduated from Shool of Medicine, Showa University at Tokyo in 2001. He was trained at the Okinawa Chubu hospital, a Showa University hospital and the National Center for Child Health and Development for Pediatics and the Hospital for Sick Children, University of Toronto for Pediatric Infectious Diseases. He worked at Division of Infectious Diseases and Immunology, Tokyo Metropolitan Children's Medical Center between 2010 and 2019. He served in WHO as consulatant in vaccines and COVID-19 responses in Nigeria and Malaysia between 2019 and 2021. He is division chief at Division of Infectious Diseases and Immunology, Tokyo Metropolitan Children's Medical Center from 2021. Main research interests are vaccines, ASPs and global health.
