Sarah E. Pérez, PharmD, BCACP, AAHIVP is a clinical pharmacist at the Ruth M. Rothstein CORE Center in Chicago, IL. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University. Her post-doctoral training includes completing a PGY1 pharmacy residency at Indiana University Health and a PGY2 ambulatory care residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy. Following her training she has worked as a clinical pharmacist in a variety of primary care and HIV clinics.
