Sally Jolles, MS, MA, is a Health Services Research and Evalauation Scientist within the University of Wisconsin Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Disease. She is trained in the disciplines of public policy, cultural anthropology, and evaluation science with expertise in qualitative and mixed methods research. Over the past 9 years, Sally has conducted health services research focused on identifying barriers and facilitators to receiving health care, as well as analyzing health educational factors at the patient, provider, and systems levels with the intention of developing, implementing, and evaluating interventions that target these barriers to care. Sally currently manages the research program of infectious disease physician and epidemiologist, Christopher Crnich, MD, PhD, where we design, implement and evaluate health system and behavioral interventions to enhance tracking and prevention of infections and antibiotic-resistant organisms in long-term care settings.
