Thie is Dr. Yash Khatod (MD (Internal Medicine), DM (Infectious Diseases)) Currently working as a Consultant, Infectious diseases at Mahtma Gandhi University of Health Scineces and Technology, Jaipur, India.
I have done my thesis on CNS infections during my post doctorol DM course and published paper regarding diagnostic challenges of CNS infections in resource limited settings.
I am keenly intrested in areas like Neuroinfections, Transplant ID, Infections in cncoogy cases, Extrapulomnary TB , Bacteriophage therpay, HIV medicine, Travel Medicine and Management of MDR organisms.
Being from region with highest burden of MDR bacterial infections, I have dedicated my carrier for Antimicrobial stewardship.
I have tendency of being methodolgical in my approach for both clincals and research and want to continue the learning process by constant engagement with events like ID week.
