Nimisha Rikhi received her PhD in Immunology from Humboldt University, Germany, in 2007. She is a Senior Research Scientist in Antibody and Vaccine Development at Longhorn Vaccines and Diagnostics, working on development of peptide vaccines and monoclonal antibodies against infectious diseases like tuberculosis, influenza, and coronavirus, including antimicrobial resistance and sepsis. She has worked extensively in research, development, and pre-clinical evaluation of peptide vaccines in small animal models as well as development and characterization of monoclonal antibodies as therapeutic vaccine candidates.
