Daniel B. Chastain, Pharm.D., BCIDP, AAHIVP is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy, on the Southwest Georgia Clinical Campus in Albany, GA. He also serves as the Infectious Diseases Pharmacist for Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. His teaching, research, and patient care activities focus on infectious diseases pharmacotherapy with emphasis on invasive fungal infections, as well as treatment of vulnerable patients and those with HIV.
