Madison is an experienced health outcomes researcher with focus in epidemiological study design and real-world data analysis. She has 9 years of professional experience in academia, consulting, and industry where she has supported evidence generation needs and value demonstration for various healthcare stakeholders across many therapeutic areas. Prior to joining GSK, Madison worked in scientific consulting at IQVIA, STATinMED Research, and Precision Health Economics, focusing on epidemiological study design, patient centered outcomes, and data analytics to support real world evidence generation. She previously worked as a project and grant coordinator for the College of Health and Human Services at UNC Charlotte managing state and federal public health research grants. Madison holds an MPH in Epidemiology from The Brody School of Medicine at ECU and a BS in Nutrition Science from Virginia Tech.
Outside of work, you can find Madison hiking in the Appalachian Mountains and spending time with family. She enjoys pottery, a good cup of coffee, and any excuse to travel. Madison lives in Charlotte, NC with her dog, Laney, and usually a foster dog (or two).
