Dr. Erin Weslander is a Northwestern Medicine System Antimicrobial Stewardship Coordinator and Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Erin is a graduate of the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy – Twin Cities campus in 2016. She completed a PGY-1 and PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Residency at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She spent 3.5 years as the Infectious Diseases Pharmacist at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh before transitioning back to adult infectious diseases at Northwestern in 2022. She is a board-certified Infectious Diseases Pharmacist. Her interests include antimicrobial stewardship quality improvement, multi-drug resistant infections, and One Health.
