My name is Karen Davidge, PharmD, and I work at University of Michigan Health - C.S. Mott Children's Hospital as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist in Pediatric Infectious Diseases and PGY2 Infectious Diseases Residency Program Coordinator. I went to the University of Michigan for pharmacy school, and I completed my first year of residency training at Indiana University Health, followed by PGY2 training in infectious diseases pharmacy at Advocate Lutheran General Health. My current responsibilities include rounding with the pediatric ID consult service, leading handshake stewardship rounds, reviewing restricted antimicrobials, creating/updating institutional guidelines, precepting pharmacy residents/students, and participating in clinical research/quality improvement activities.
