Dr. Nicey Tulawie, had recently finished her Fellowship training in Adult Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine at San Lazaro Hospital, Philippines. She grew up in Jolo, Sulu, southern and rural island in the country but had her education in one of the major city in the Philippines. She studied Bachelor of Science in Biology at Far Eastern University, Philippines and pursued her Medical doctor degree from Far Eastern University Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, Philippines. She continued to have her Residency training in Internal Medicine at World Citi Medical Center.
Currently, apart from being a member of the Philippine Medical association (PMA), the Philippine Society for Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (PSMID), and the Philippine Hospital Infection Control Society (PHICS), Inc., She is also a Diplomate and Fellow of the Philippine College of Physicians.
Her life goal as a Infectious Disease Physician is to take part in steering committee in the elimation of the most common Infectious Diseases in the country, most especially those found in her hometown.
