Dr. Sanjeet Singh Dadwal, MD is a Professor of Medicine and Chief, Division of Infectious Diseases in the Department of Medicine at the City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte, California, a NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. He directs the institutional Antimicrobial Stewardship Program, Co-Chair infection control committee, and is the Infectious Disease lead for the Transplant Disease Team. Dr. Dadwal’ s clinical and research interests include epidemiology, diagnosis, management & outcomes of infectious diseases in cancer patients, particularly recipients of hematopoietic stem cell transplant/ cellular therapy. He serves on the steering committee and is past-chair of the transplant infectious disease special interest group of the ASTCT (American Society of Transplantation and Cellular Therapy). He is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (ACP) and Infectious Disease Socety of America (IDSA).
