CNISP is a sentinel surveillance system which collects epidemiologic and linked microbiology data from Canadian acute-care hospitals across the country and summarizes trends in national incidence rates, antimicrobial resistance and molecular characterization. Diane most notably works on reporting surveillance data regarding viral respiratory infections in hospitals, including COVID-19, Influenza, and RSV.
