Thi Mui Pham is a postdoctoral researcher at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, focusing on defining trends in and developing mathematical and statistical models for antibiotic use and resistance using data from the US Veterans Health Administration and the Alberta Health Services in Canada. She completed her Ph.D. at the Julius Center for Health Sciences and Primary Care of the University Medical Center Utrecht in February 2022. In her thesis, she developed mathematical transmission models to study the role of environmental contamination in the transmission dynamics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in intensive-care units. In addition, she evaluated the impact of various control measures on the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in the community and in hospitals.
