Rachelle Koch is a fourth-year medical student at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Chicago and a master’s degree in medical sciences from Boston University. Her research interests include the genomics of antibiotic resistance, antimicrobial therapeutics, molecular epidemiology, and health policy. She is pursuing internal medicine residency and plans to specialize in the field of infectious diseases. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball and skiing.
