Alison is a Paediatric Infectious Diseases fellow at Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne. She is currently undertaking a PhD at the University of Melbourne on the use of pharmacometrics to improve the treatment of invasive infections in children, and as part of this is co-leading the BEST trial of oral versus intravenous antibiotics for paediatric bone and joint infections.
