Dr. Diana Tasher is currently the Head of the Pediatric Infectious Disease Unit and the deputy director of the pediatric ward at Wolfson Medical Center, Holon, Israel.
She is a member of several committees at the Ministry of Health: the Advisory Committee on Infectious Diseases and Immunization and the Israel National Polio Accreditation Committee.
She is currently a senior lecturer at the Sackler Faculty of Medicine, Tel Aviv University. Dr. Tasher authored more than 45 publications including peer review scientific publications and review articles.
Her main research activities are in vaccine preventable diseases, vaccines, epidemiology, and public health issues.
Dr. Tasher is a Graduate of the Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School, Jerusalem, Israel. She completed her internship in Pediatrics and her fellowship in Pediatric infectious Diseases at Wolfson Medical Center.
