Dr. Cassandra Lautredou is a third-year fellow in a combined Infectious Diseases and Preventive Medicine program at UCLA. Her research and quality improvement projects focus on the treatment and prevention of HIV, sexually transmitted infections, and viral hepatitis.
Dr. Lautredou is a member of the American College of Preventive Medicine (ACPM), Infectious Disease Society of America (IDSA), American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), and American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHM).
She obtained her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed her internship and residency training in internal medicine at Duke University Medical Center. Additionally, she earned a master's degree in public health with a specialization in health management from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. Her undergraduate degree in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology was also obtained from UCLA.
