Registration InfoSpeaker Ready Room All speakers should check into the Speaker Ready Room to upload their final slides and do a final check of their presentation. Speakers using polling must go to the Speaker Ready Room at least 12 hours before their session.
Speaker Ready Room hours are: Monday, Oct. 9: 2-6 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 10: 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 11: 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 12: 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 13: 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 14: 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
365 LoungeThe ID 365 Trainee Lounge is a professional networking lounge for early-career attendees (medical students, residents, and fellows) in training or transitioning from training in infectious diseases (ID). In addition to providing an opportunity to network, each day, the Lounge features sessions particularly useful for early career individuals about career paths and development. The MedTalks are a unique opportunity for YOU to interact with experts in the field of ID.

BugHub Stage Come listen to interesting stories and experiences from your colleagues. The BugHub stage will feature presentations that touch on the great experience of working in infectious diseases and that ultimately lead to greater understanding and treatment of patients as well as stories that go beyond science and medical care.

IDSA/HIVMA Advocacy Pod Come visit the Advocacy Pod to learn about IDSA and HIVMA’s policy and advocacy work and to get involved! IDSA and HIVMA public policy and government relations staff will be on hand to talk to attendees about federal policy priorities, including ID workforce, AMR, funding for public health and research and more. Learn about joining our Member Advocacy Program and how to make your voice heard and affect change for the ID community and your patients.
IDSA Compensation Corner The Compensation Corner provides attendees a space to learn about the fundamentals of physician compensation and strategies that can be used to improve compensation. Members will be able to book an appointment with our expert team to have one-on-one discussions about their compensation as well as learning more about what IDSA is doing to raise awareness of the value of ID.

IDSA Foundation Lounge The IDSA Foundation Lounge, located in the BugHub, will be an area for connecting, networking and relaxing. The IDSA Foundation will also host an Advancement Zone in room 154. This is where you can get an updated headshot on Thursday, October 12, participate in career coaching 1-on-1’s and other sessions. These opportunities are free and open to any
IDWeek attendee.
PIDS Foundation LoungeThe PIDS Foundation is bringing a bit of Boston Common inside the Convention Center. Our Foundation Lounge will be an idyllic spot amid the chaos for PIDS members, trainees, and invited guests to relax, recharge, and reacquaint themselves with friends and colleagues. Occasionally, we'll have scheduled meet-ups and presentations. PIDS members will receive the day's schedule via email. All are welcome to stop by to discover what is happening each day.
The PIDS Foundation Lounge will be in the North Lobby, near the Info Desk.
